How to use it
- 1 Open the My Products screen in the Hepsiburada Seller Center, a large Turkish marketplace.
- 2 Download the product list as Excel; products with variants are grouped by variant group ID.
- 3 Drop the file on this page; the source format is detected and a mapping preview appears.
- 4 Check the warning list: missing barcodes, empty prices and duplicated variants are collected there.
- 5 Download the XLSX file for Excel / CSV.
- 6 Open the downloaded .xlsx in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.
- 7 The columns are clean and plainly named, so you can paste them into accounting software, an ERP or another panel.
What you should know
Reshaping a Hepsiburada, a major Turkish marketplace product list into the Excel / CSV format by hand costs hours: column names differ, prices switch between tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive, variants are grouped by a different rule, and a barcode’s leading zero disappears the moment a spreadsheet opens the file. This converter reads the file you exported from Hepsiburada, maps every field onto the Excel / CSV template, and reports the rows you should check before uploading.
The file never leaves your computer: reading, mapping and writing the new file all happen in the browser tab, with no account and no upload. The result downloads as Excel (.xlsx) and can be handed straight to the Excel / CSV import screen.
What to know about a Hepsiburada export: The merchant stock code is read as the SKU and the barcode column as the EAN. Images arrive in the Image1-5 columns and the first one is treated as the cover. A desi column, the Turkish volumetric weight unit, is carried over as weight information.
Worked example: a Hepsiburada file turned into a Excel / CSV file
Our Hepsiburada sample file (hepsiburada.xlsx) holds 3 rows and 16 columns. The tool recognized 15 of those columns on its own. The other 1 are not product fields the tool carries, so they were left out: "Garanti Süresi". The rows were grouped into 2 products with 3 variants, and 4 image URLs were carried over. The Excel / CSV file that downloads has 3 rows and 14 columns; 13 of those columns arrive filled and the rest stay empty because the sample has no data for them.

Notes the tool gave for this file
- A clean product table with canonical columns; it is not a specific marketplace template.
- Each row is one variant; variants of the same product are written consecutively.
- "Fiyat" is the sale price and "Liste Fiyatı" the pre-discount price; it stays empty when there is no discount.
- Option columns were written in the source order (e.g. Option 1 = Color).

Frequently asked questions
Which fields does Excel / CSV require?
Product name, Barcode, Stock code, Price, Stock. When one of them is empty the row lands in the warning list; fill it in the source file before uploading.
Are category and brand mapped automatically?
The brand is carried over untouched. Category names never match one to one across platforms, so you still have to fit them into the Excel / CSV category tree yourself; the tool writes the source category into the "Category" column.
Are prices carried over with or without tax?
The price in the Hepsiburada file is carried over exactly as it is; the spreadsheet keeps the tax rate in its own column.
Are images transferred too?
Image URLs are carried over and Excel / CSV downloads the files from those addresses during import, so every URL has to stay publicly reachable. Marketplace CDN addresses usually stay open; if access is blocked, host the images yourself and update the URLs first.
How many products can I convert at once?
There is no cap. The conversion runs on a background thread, so the page stays responsive even with files of 10,000 to 20,000 rows; the time it takes depends on your machine.
