Reporting a bug
Tell us which tool page you were on and where the source file came from. You do not need to send the file itself — in most cases a screenshot of the column headers, or the exact error text, is enough to reproduce the problem. If the tool is a video or audio one, your browser and operating system help too, since codec support differs between them.
