Privacy Policy

1. Your files

Every tool on this site runs client-side. The file you pick or drop is read into your browser's memory, converted there, and the download is generated there too. No part of the file content is transmitted to us or to any third party at any stage. Close the tab and the data in memory is gone with it.

This is a structural guarantee rather than a promise about our intentions: there is no upload endpoint to send files to. You can confirm it yourself in your browser's network inspector while a conversion runs.

2. Server logs

The server hosting this site keeps standard web-server logs: IP address, request time, requested path, user agent and response code. These are used for security and fault diagnosis only. They are never used for marketing and never sold. Logs are kept for at most twelve months and then deleted.

3. Analytics and advertising

To see how often each tool is used we run Umami on our own server. Umami sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses and creates no identifier for you; it records page views and in-tool action counts (choosing a file, downloading, copying) in aggregate. The contents of your files are never sent. This data is not shared with third parties.

Google Analytics 4 may be used to measure visits, and it loads only after you press “Accept” on the cookie bar. Advertising is served by Google AdSense, which may set cookies to deliver ads and cap how often you see the same one. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's own consent screen; personalised advertising is used only if consent is given there. 4. No accounts, no forms

There is no sign-up, contact form or newsletter on this site, so we hold no name, email address or phone number that you did not choose to send us directly. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, the message is subject to that provider's own terms.

5. Browser storage

We store two values in your browser's localStorage: your cookie choice (arem-consent) and whether you dismissed the language banner (langBarDismissed). Neither is sent to a server, and neither identifies you.

6. Your rights

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Because we hold almost nothing about you, most requests are answered simply by confirming what the logs contain for a given IP address. Write to the address below; we respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Turkish visitors can also read the KVKK disclosure.
