To download your WooCommerce product list: In WooCommerce open Products and choose Export. Tick every column plus the custom meta option and download the CSV.
Things to watch for in a WooCommerce export: Variable products arrive as a "variable" parent with "variation" rows; the Parent column links them. "Regular price" is the list price and "Sale price" the selling price; when Sale is empty, Regular becomes the selling price. The Images column is a comma-separated URL list.
