- Leave no barcode or stock-code cell empty; rows that miss one land in the warning list.
- Category names are not mapped automatically — check the category column in the file you download.
How to use it
- 1 In WooCommerce open Products and choose Export.
- 2 Tick every column plus the custom meta option and download the CSV.
- 3 Drop the file on this page; the source format is detected and a mapping preview appears.
- 4 Check the warning list: missing barcodes, empty prices and duplicated variants are collected there.
- 5 Download the XLSX file for Hepsiburada.
- 6 In the Hepsiburada Seller Center open My Products › Bulk Product Upload and download the category template.
- 7 Hand that empty template to the "Fill your own Hepsiburada template" section of the result card; the tool writes your products into its columns. Then complete the category-specific attribute columns it leaves empty.
- 8 Upload the template and follow the approval result in the panel.
What you should know
Reshaping a WooCommerce, the WordPress store plugin product list into the Hepsiburada format by hand costs hours: column names differ, prices switch between tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive, variants are grouped by a different rule, and a barcode’s leading zero disappears the moment a spreadsheet opens the file. This converter reads the file you exported from WooCommerce, maps every field onto the Hepsiburada template, and reports the rows you should check before uploading.
The file never leaves your computer: reading, mapping and writing the new file all happen in the browser tab, with no account and no upload. The result downloads as Excel (.xlsx).
What to know about a WooCommerce export: Variable products arrive as a "variable" parent with "variation" rows; the Parent column links them. "Regular price" is the list price and "Sale price" the selling price; when Sale is empty, Regular becomes the selling price. The Images column is a comma-separated URL list.
Hepsiburada asks for a separate Excel template per category and those template columns change from time to time. So the tool offers two routes: download a general table that uses Hepsiburada column names, or hand over the current empty template from your panel and have it filled directly. On the second route columns are recognized by their header names, so their order does not matter; category-specific mandatory attributes stay empty and are listed for you. If the upload fails, write to us and we will fix it.
Worked example: a WooCommerce file turned into a Hepsiburada file
Our WooCommerce sample file (woocommerce.csv) holds 4 rows and 24 columns. The tool recognized 12 of those columns on its own. The other 12 are not product fields the tool carries, so they were left out: "ID", "Type", "Is featured?", "Visibility in catalog", "Short description", "Tax status", "In stock?", "Position" …. The rows were grouped into 2 products with 3 variants, and 3 image URLs were carried over. The Hepsiburada file that downloads has 3 rows and 19 columns; 11 of those columns arrive filled and the rest stay empty because the sample has no data for them. Going from 4 rows to 3 is not an error: WooCommerce and Hepsiburada write a product with variants using a different number of rows.

- Some variants have no barcode (Trendyol and Hepsiburada require one)
- Draft layout: Hepsiburada uses a category-specific Excel template and its column names change with it. Hand the empty template from your seller panel to the template section of the result card and the tool fills it directly.

Frequently asked questions
Which fields does Hepsiburada require?
Product name, Brand, Category, Merchant stock code, Barcode, Price, Stock, VAT rate, Image1. When one of them is empty the row lands in the warning list; fill it in the source file before uploading.
Are category and brand mapped automatically?
The brand is carried over untouched. Category names never match one to one across platforms, so you still have to fit them into the Hepsiburada category tree yourself; the tool writes the source category into the "Category" column.
Are prices carried over with or without tax?
The price in the WooCommerce file is carried over exactly as it is; the Hepsiburada template expects a tax-inclusive price, so fill the tax rate column, which the panel treats as mandatory.
Are images transferred too?
Image URLs are carried over and Hepsiburada downloads the files from those addresses during import, so every URL has to stay publicly reachable.
How many products can I convert at once?
There is no cap. The conversion runs on a background thread, so the page stays responsive even with files of 10,000 to 20,000 rows; the time it takes depends on your machine.
