About the Excel / CSV export file

To download your Excel / CSV product list: Prepare your product table as .xlsx or .csv with the column headers on the first row. Include at least product name, price and stock; barcode and SKU are strongly recommended.

Things to watch for in an Excel / CSV export: Common English and Turkish header names are recognised automatically (Product Name, Price, Barcode, SKU, Stock). Columns that are not recognised can be mapped by hand in the preview. When a shared model or group code column exists, its rows are collected under one product.

The converter recognises Excel / CSV column names automatically, maps each field onto the template of the target you pick, and flags the classic import breakers — a barcode that lost its leading zero, a comma used as a decimal separator, a duplicated SKU — before you upload anything. The file is read and rewritten inside your browser; it is never sent to Excel / CSV or to any server of ours.

Frequently asked questions

Which file format should I export from Excel / CSV?

Any product spreadsheet you already have (.xlsx or .csv) works. The converter reads .xlsx, .xls and .csv. Avoid opening and re-saving the export in Excel first — that is where leading zeros on barcodes usually disappear.

Are product variants grouped correctly?

Yes. The group or model code in an Excel / CSV export links variants of the same product, and the target template writes them under a single parent. Rows with an empty group code become standalone products and are listed in the warnings panel.
