Tips
- Export your product file from the ikas panel under Products › Export
- Leave no barcode or stock-code cell empty; rows that miss one land in the warning list.
- Category names are not mapped automatically — check the category column in the file you download.
How to use it
- 1 In the ikas panel, a Turkish e-commerce platform, choose Products › Export.
- 2 Download the product file as .xlsx; variants are matched by product group ID.
- 3 Drop the file on this page; the source format is detected and a mapping preview appears.
- 4 Check the warning list: missing barcodes, empty prices and duplicated variants are collected there.
- 5 Download the XLSX file for n11.
- 6 In the n11 store panel open Products › Bulk Product Upload and download the category Excel template.
- 7 Hand that empty template to the "Fill your own n11 template" section of the result card; the tool writes your products into its columns. Then fill in the category code and mandatory attributes from the n11 list.
- 8 Upload the template; failed rows are listed in the panel.
What you should know
Reshaping a ikas, a Turkish e-commerce platform product list into the n11 format by hand costs hours: column names differ, prices switch between tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive, variants are grouped by a different rule, and a barcode’s leading zero disappears the moment a spreadsheet opens the file. This converter reads the file you exported from Ikas, maps every field onto the n11 template, and reports the rows you should check before uploading.
The file never leaves your computer: reading, mapping and writing the new file all happen in the browser tab, with no account and no upload. The result downloads as Excel (.xlsx).
What to know about a Ikas export: The discounted price column is read as the selling price and the sale price column as the list price. Variant type 1/2 and their value columns become option names and values. The variant active column decides whether the product is published.
n11 asks for a separate Excel template per category and those template columns change from time to time. So the tool offers two routes: download a general table that uses n11 column names, or hand over the current empty template from your panel and have it filled directly. On the second route columns are recognized by their header names, so their order does not matter; category-specific mandatory attributes stay empty and are listed for you. If the upload fails, write to us and we will fix it.
Worked example: a Ikas file turned into a n11 file
Our Ikas sample file (ikas.csv) holds 2 rows and 20 columns. The tool recognized 15 of those columns on its own. The other 5 are not product fields the tool carries, so they were left out: "Varyant ID", "Tip", "Satış Kanalı", "Varyant Tipi 1", "Varyant Tipi 2". The rows were grouped into 1 products with 2 variants, and 1 image URLs were carried over. The n11 file that downloads has 2 rows and 22 columns; 13 of those columns arrive filled and the rest stay empty because the sample has no data for them.

Frequently asked questions
Which fields does n11 require?
Product name, Category, Brand, Stock code, Barcode, Price, Stock quantity, VAT rate, Image 1. When one of them is empty the row lands in the warning list; fill it in the source file before uploading.
Are category and brand mapped automatically?
The brand is carried over untouched. Category names never match one to one across platforms, so you still have to fit them into the n11 category tree yourself; the tool writes the source category into the "Category" column.
Are prices carried over with or without tax?
The price in the Ikas file is carried over exactly as it is; the n11 template expects a tax-inclusive price, so fill the tax rate column, which the panel treats as mandatory.
Are images transferred too?
Image URLs are carried over and n11 downloads the files from those addresses during import, so every URL has to stay publicly reachable.
How many products can I convert at once?
There is no cap. The conversion runs on a background thread, so the page stays responsive even with files of 10,000 to 20,000 rows; the time it takes depends on your machine.
